i do this alone for the most part, & have many ongoing commitments & projects. please note that on occasion in the past it has taken months for certain pre-orders to ship. every order will ALWAYS be fulfilled, often very quickly - but yes, delays can happen & stack up, so stay patient & please reach out if ever in doubt.
