part diary of recent events, part escape during times of numbing depression. these songs were recorded directly to walkman in rooms with tired cats, at the bedside of relatives nearing the end, on walks to just get out of fucking bed...ambient clouds, crumbling tape work, rough loops & delicate piano.. somewhere between the weathered comedown of 'windowpane acid' and the crystalline ambient projections of 'winter orbit,' although it sounds entirely it's own due to the nature of it's recording. this collection is for anyone wondering "why.."
